All free shipping(US Only) is done via USPS priority and/or UPS ground depending on order. We try and always ship USPS but if items are too large for Priority then UPS is used. Most orders arrive within 2-4 days. Deliveries outside 48 contiguous may take longer. Final delivery may be via US mail. Free shipping is not for large machines or freight applicable items unless specified directly on page.
Our system will send you a email that your order has been shipped with tracking. Email and tracking is usually sent out within 24hrs of package being shipped.
It is the responsiblity of customer to provide correct address for shipping.
Next and 2nd Day available upon request at customer expense.
Items may returned within 15 days of delivery and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as shipping charges.
All returns must be in original packaging and in unused condition.
Any damaged shipments of clay must be reported to us to make a claim within 7 days. Please take pictures of damaged shipments recieved before opening and discarding packaging. There is no returns on molds or texture mats.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to MetalClays.com. In case of returned of item that was shipped for free all shipping and handling charges will be deducted from credit. Any shipping charges paid at time of order will be deducted from credit.
All combined shipping credits will be refunded to account credit and be available for redemption on next order.
All credits will be returned the original purchasing credit card.
Please contact us before returning any items so that we can issue a RMA number. Items returned without RMA will not get processed.
Same Day shipping assumes that we have in stock and your order was received in time of daily pickup from carrier. To be safe this usually 1 pm EST. Our system reflects on site our stock but if you have deadline please contact us to confirm shipment. In most cases we will inform you if there is a delay in shipping for some reason.
We do ship internationally. First time international orders are required to pay via PayPal as verified member. International orders may be delayed up to a week for first time orders. All international orders are subject to local laws and regulations. Some conditions are beyond our control such as custom delays.International shipping can be estimated from the "shopping cart" page. You can find "estmate shipping" on bottom of page. Unusually large craft items may cost more such as kilns,tumblers etc. Standard shipping is not insured and is shipped at customers risk unless specifically requested.
