It’s out and it’s here. The next generation in PMC Clay “PMC Pro”. Designed to increase the overall strength then previous versions on PMC clay silver. It should be used wherever greater strength is needed such as rings, hinges and delicate settings. Its workability is the same as the other clays with an increased working time. It does require activated carbon for firing and tools should be cleaned before working with other forms of clay.

Firing Schedule	1400°F (760°C) for 1 hour in a stainless steel firing pan, embedded in coconut shell–based activated carbon (make sure you have about 1/2" of carbon surrounding each piece; avoid using too much carbon, as this will reduce the temperature inside the container). For one or two small pieces, it is possible to fire at the same temperature and reduce the firing time to 30 minutes. For larger pieces and full loads, fire at the same temperature for 2 hours.
