Frequent Fire Miles

We have recently implemented our “Frequent Fire Miles”. As artists ourselves for many years we have personally struggled over the price of materials especially silver clay. Many times we lacked the budget to buy metal clay in quantity but nonetheless bought frequently at quantity 1 prices. As customers we never really got rewarded for our loyalty or frequency of purchasing. So we have decided to make a system that rewards our customer based on overall patronage rather just certified prices or quantity prices.

Our “Frequent Fire Miles” is that program. It’s simple for every $50 milestone in your order we give you a $1 dollar. For Art Clay Silver Products you earn $1 back for every $10. How cool is that? You can collect these miles (points) or use them at your discretion against future orders. When you login to your account you can view your total miles (points) at anytime. When checking out you will be given the choice to use your points as payment against your order. Frequent Fire Miles do not accrue for order balances paid with points or for gift certificates.
