Frequent Fire Miles

We have recently implemented our “Frequent Fire Miles”. As artists ourselves for many years we have personally struggled over the price of materials especially silver clay. Many times we lacked the budget to buy metal clay in quantity but nonetheless bought frequently at quantity 1 prices. As customers we never really got rewarded for our loyalty or frequency of purchasing. So we have decided to make a system that rewards our customer based on overall patronage rather just certified prices or quantity prices.

Our “Frequent Fire Miles” is that program. It’s simple for every $100 milestone in your order we give you a $1 dollar. This applies to Art Clay Silver Products as well. How cool is that? You can collect these miles (points) or use them at your discretion against future orders. When you login to your account you can view your total miles (points) at anytime. When checking out you will be given the choice to use your points as payment against your order. Frequent Fire Miles do not accrue for order balances paid with points or for gift certificates.


Please note that miles(points) do not accrue for certified pricing levels. There is no manual refund to orders. They must be applied to to order during check out.

Finally!! I was a great customer of another company and all they did was raise the prices time and time again with no rewards program for people like myself buying large amounts of pmc at a time.

FREQUENT FIRE MILES
Hi  as a new customer who is about to use your services it is a great idea, any incentive is good news.
